On Thursday, April 23, during Milano Design Week 2026, Milano Certosa District inaugurates the new Ex-Koelliker courtyard, located at via Polidoro da Caravaggio 30. The monumental sculpture Bosco by Maria Cristina Carlini, made of iron, is presented by art critic Marco Eugenio Di Giandomenico, artistic and scientific director of the Foundation.
An event that blends art, music, and conviviality in a new space dedicated to creativity and sharing, in a transforming area of the city rich with stories to experience and tell.
With the artist’s large-scale sculpture, the Ex-Koelliker courtyard becomes a symbol of a changing Milan: a place where industrial heritage, public art, and contemporary innovation come together.
